1What is suggested in the diets?
The diet we suggest is very practical, easy to cook, traditional to Indian kitchen and readily available at all homes. Neither do we suggest anything fancy nor do we suggest anything that’s heavy on pockets. Of course, we suggest some exercises which can be freely downloaded from our YouTube channel.
2Do you suggest any products?
We do not recommend any food supplements, medicines or proteins drinks because we believe only in holistic approach which is the only way for the long-term health benefits. We believe the slogan “food is the ultimate medicine for any disease”.
3How much weight do we lose in a month?
On average people lose around 3-4 kgs in a month. One might even lose more depending on how religiously one follows the plans.
4Can I lose fat only on certain areas from the body? (Like belly fat, lower abdominal fat, thigh fat, back fat etc.)
No. Spot reduction of fats from one particular area is not possible and it doesn’t give a long-term health goals. Body loses fat proportionately from wherever the fats are being deposited.
