Water keeps every system in the body functioning properly. Our body requires an adequate number of fluids to function properly. It helps regulate our body temperature, aids in digestion, flushes out toxins, relieves fatigue and works as a good lubricator of joints, tissues and organs. So, the primary focus should be on increasing one’s fluid intake.
It is generally recommended to drink at least 8 to 10 glasses of water per day. One may need to drink more water to replenish their body after exercising or engaging in strenuous activity that’s makes one sweat and depletes the fluid from the body.
